Anchor Armchair

Absolute scam. The bar stools arrived 10 weeks late and were broken when delivered. No customer service, no replacement, no refund — just silence. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid this seller at all costs.

I tried asking if there was a choice of fabric color for the Anchor chair. There is no response from customer service, by message, email or phone (disconnected). Is this company for real? How can you risk paying a large amount to order when there is no response?
